Mojiko’s soul food, “Chanra-” is a must-try when you visit Mojiko.
Once upon a time, an elementary school girl who had moved from Nagasaki, reminiscing about her hometown, said, “I want to eat chanpon. The story goes that it started when a mother at the diner made chanpon noodles with udon noodle soup and stir-fried vegetables on top.
From then on, it was a favorite snack substitute for local children.
Cheese” offers “Hana-Chan-Ra” (1,180 yen).
The clear, flavorful broth and glutinous chanpon noodles are a perfect match, and the plentiful vegetables are a delight.
The key ingredient of the soup is a combination of Hakata Hanami chicken broth and grilled sardines. It is carefully prepared over a long period of time.
Hana-Mi-Chicken is made with a low heat to ensure that the broth is clear and flavorful, while removing any fat that may float to the surface to prevent the broth from becoming cloudy.
The grilled ago (roasted sardines) also go through various time-consuming and time-consuming processes to obtain the broth, and through the food, I could feel the owner’s sincere personality.
Vegetable stir-fry with cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, and shiitake mushrooms was accented with the fragrant flavor of sakura shrimps. The tender chashu pork was also excellent.
The noodles are imported from a noodle factory in the Goto Islands of Nagasaki for authentic Nagasaki chanpon noodles.
The glutinous texture is outstandingly delicious, intertwined with the flavor of the soup and stir-fried vegetables…!
It was an impressive dish that was light, yet packed with the gentle flavors and tastes of the ingredients.
You can also change the flavor with yuzu kosho and garlic!
Mojiko’s specialty banana drink is also available.

With just a hint of banana pulp remaining, this is a cup that you can also enjoy the sensation of eating. It also goes well with the hidden caramel syrup.
The “Cheese Chocolate Banana Milk” is a bowl of “Cheese Banana Milk” covered with a generous amount of chocolate.
